My university life


My university name is University of the Visual and Performing Arts. My first day in the university, I felt something I could not even put into words. Seeing new faces, new surroundings made me feel like I’m in a very different place✨. It was my first time to see the people whom I’ll be with for the rest of my stay in the university and it made me nervous for an unknown reason.

           Subjects for the first time like North Indian music, carnatic music, western music, musicology, ethnomusicology were hard to study because it's my first time that I learn subjects like that. There are five department under music degree. I met so many talents have friends and seniors. I also can learn from them. 


My university is a large and old university.The University has full-time and distance learning.The University is located in Colombo 07. I have no problems with studies yet. In the first semester, I study more subjects. 

                                   Good education today means a future, but it is not all you need for a secure future. You have to keep up with time and always learn something new. I love my university life so much  🧑‍🎓💞.
