A. R Rahman

 

A.R Rahman, is a popular singer, music composer, and songwriter who was born on January 6, 1966.He was originally named A.S Dilip Kumar but later on, changed the religion to Islam. He learned piano at the age of 4. When he was 9, his father was passed away.

        Due to his father’s sudden death, the responsibility fell on his shoulders.he joined Ilaiyaraaja’s troupe as a keyboard player.As a keyboard player, he travel around the world extensively.

 He is a one of the most respected musicians in India. He has three children. In recent years, Canada ofered Rahman the citizenship of Canada but he politely refused to accept it. Rahman proudly said, he loves to live and died in India.

                     

AR Rahman won several awards. some of them are, Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan etc. 

My main reason for liking this gentleman is his personality and nature. His succus is limitless like a sky but still his attitude and nature is unbelievable. List of his succesful composition and songs and albums are not countable. When you buy concert tickets of this gentleman, make sure to reach on time. He is like a magician.

       so overall A R Rahaman is most popular indian musician with excellent down to earth personality.
